The goal was to capture compelling content that would authentically showcase their products in a real world setting and fuel their marketing and promotional campaigns. Katadyn had high visual standards consistent with their premium international brand, ordinary corporate recap content was not going to cut it.

Launch Event: Bidii Creatives was recommended directly by the Swiss Embassy in Nairobi, a testament to the trust the agency had built within the Swiss business community in Kenya. We handled the full production at the Swiss Ambassador’s Residence: photography, videography, and post production. Rather than a standard corporate event recap, we approached the edit with a documentary style narrative letting the story unfold naturally through the atmosphere, real moments, and the people behind the brand. Every shot was crafted to highlight Katadyn products in action while maintaining the premium aesthetic the brand is known for globally.

MF7 Product Demo Video: For the follow up project, Bidii Creatives took on both the production and creative direction. We advised on the video’s direction, structure, and messaging approach ensuring the final video balanced technical clarity with visual appeal. The shoot took place at a carefully selected location with professional lighting and product staging, capturing clean close up shots of the MF7 and its components alongside full demonstration sequences.

WWF Kenya needed a compelling documentary to bring visibility to the waste pickers of Mombasa a community at the frontline of waste management whose stories are rarely told. The film needed to be emotionally resonant and professionally produced, capable of representing both the human dimension and the broader environmental mission of WWF’s work in the region.
Working in collaboration with a coproduction partner, Bidii Creatives took primary responsibility for the storytelling and editing of the documentary. Our role was to shape the raw footage into a cohesive, emotionally compelling narrative finding the human thread within the environmental story and ensuring the film had the impact and craft that an organisation of WWF’s standing requires.This meant making deliberate editorial choices: which voices to foreground, how to structure the arc, how to balance the personal with the political, and how to maintain visual quality and pacing throughout.
