Yes, and it is one of the highest-ROI investments a property can make. OTA platforms charge 15 to 25 percent commission per booking. Properties we work with use content to drive direct reservation inquiries, fill event pipelines, and build repeat guest relationships outside third-party platforms.

Our social media management for hotels covers daily posting on Instagram and Facebook, content calendar planning, guest-generated content curation, story highlights and reels, community management, and monthly performance analytics. All content is strategy-led and brand-aligned. We do not post for the sake of posting. Every piece of content is tied to a guest profile and a booking objective.

Our hospitality packages start at KES 180,000 per month for our Growth Retainer, which includes monthly video production, daily social media management, guest review management, and a dedicated account manager. Our Launch Package is a one-time investment of KES 450,000 and covers a full content foundation: property video tour, photography, 60-post content library, brand positioning, and a three-month calendar. Full-Service Partnerships for hotel groups or properties requiring complete marketing operations are priced on a custom basis.

We work with both. Individual properties typically start with our Launch Package or Growth Retainer. Hotel groups and multi-property operators can access our Full-Service Partnership, which includes multi-property management, unlimited video production, direct booking campaign management, event and wedding marketing, WhatsApp automation, and email marketing to guest databases. If you manage more than one property, contact us to discuss a consolidated approach.

Brand-building is a long-term investment, but early indicators appear within 60 to 90 days: audience growth, increased profile engagement, and inbound booking inquiries tied to specific content. Measurable shifts in direct booking volume typically become visible between months three and six, depending on the property's starting point, competitive set, and production frequency. We conduct monthly performance reviews and adjust strategy based on what the data shows.
